These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the STYLI application and its related services. By installing or using STYLI you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to comply with these terms in full.
STYLI provides wardrobe organization, look planning and AI-powered recommendation features. Features may be updated, paused or discontinued at any time for maintenance, improvements or legal compliance, without any obligation of continued availability.
We rely on third-party AI providers to generate suggestions, analyses and automated content. Even with reputable partners, AI models can produce limitations, inaccuracies or hallucinations. Users must critically evaluate the outputs and remain responsible for any decisions made based on this information.
You may not use STYLI for unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory or rights-infringing purposes. You must hold the necessary rights to any content you upload and indemnify STYLI from claims arising from misuse of the platform. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or fraud is suspected.
All trademarks, source code, interfaces, text, images and other elements of STYLI are the exclusive property of ANDERSON DE ALMEIDA MELO TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMAÇÃO LTDA or licensed from third parties. No exploitation rights are granted beyond what is strictly necessary for personal use of the app.
STYLI is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee specific results, uninterrupted availability or permanent accuracy. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits or losses arising from the use or inability to use the service.
We comply with Brazilian law, including the General Data Protection Law (LGPD), and applicable international regulations such as the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Users in other jurisdictions must ensure that local laws allow them to use STYLI.
We may update these Terms of Use to reflect legal, technical or operational changes. When material updates occur, we will notify users through available channels. Continued use of STYLI after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
STYLI Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription with two plans: Monthly and Annual. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Charges occur 24 hours before the end of your current subscription period, through your App Store account. You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time by visiting Settings → App Store → Manage Subscriptions → STYLI Premium → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the paid period. No refunds are provided for unused portions of your subscription. You may recover up to 85% of your subscription cost within 24 hours of purchase. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
